The balcony chairs were uncomfortable and hindered relaxation, making it difficult to enjoy the beautiful ocean views during down time.

We had an amazing family trip at this resort! The beach view was breathtaking, and we loved the infinity pool – perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The cuisine was delicious, and the staff really made our stay special.

My wife says that a kids' activity schedule would enhance family fun.

Incredible beachfront experience with amazing breakfast

I spent 4 nights in a deluxe ocean view room and was blown away by the breakfast – it was truly the best I've ever had, with fresh croissants and organic juices. The beach and pool views were remarkable, adding to the overall beauty of the stay. However, the wait time for some room service orders was longer than expected.

During our family vacation, we found the resort to be fantastic! The breakfast each morning was simply outstanding, featuring fresh options that made for a great start to our day. The kids loved the pools, particularly the kids club where they could enjoy activities while we relaxed. The beach access was perfect, and the views really added to the overall experience. However, we did notice there were fewer activities for toddlers compared to other locations we've visited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a memorable stay with plenty of highlights!

The service provided by the staff was exceptional, particularly during my meetings in the business center. They efficiently assisted in setting up my presentation equipment and ensured that all amenities were available. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a well-equipped workspace that facilitated my productivity. The dining options were diversified, offering delicious meals at Vela with attentive service that stands out.

I loved the breakfast selections at this resort. It truly stood out with fresh options each day that made for a great start. The pools were well-maintained, and the beach access was wonderful. The staff always provided attentive service, especially at the pools where the drinks never ran dry. We had a fantastic experience with the cabana service, with George and Christian ensuring we had everything we needed. However, the food at the bar at the end of the property did not meet expectations and felt overpriced for the quality. I also encountered some issues with our room. Despite requesting ocean views, we ended up with a less desirable view, and the ground floor accommodations didn’t offer the privacy I hoped for. There was an odor from the fridge that I reported, which turned out to be rotting shrimp, and even after cleaning, it wasn’t completely taken care of. These experiences were disappointing given the great service elsewhere, but the beautiful views and the exceptional breakfast made the stay worthwhile.
